great location, clean and friendly
excellent location easy access super clean room free safe
this hotel was great. the location is excellent, with easy access to many bars, restaurants, and shops via the back gate. the beach is directly in front of the hotel. the rooms were super clean and cleaned daily. i had a sea view room, it was adequate and comfortable, complete with a fridge and free safe.
the reusable cups weren't my favorite, they could be a bit bigger. the food quality could be better. cleaners were loud early in the morning.

the staff was friendly and helpful, catering well to my ceoliac needs and remembering me from previous visits. the reception team was also friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. the guest experience team offered an really good experience.

the rooms were spacious and included comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a safe. rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and tidy environment. the pool view also provided a partial sea view from the higher floors.

there was a varied selection of dishes in the restaurants, including prosecco for breakfast!!! the food was plentiful, and special dietary needs were accommodated. the buffet had something for everyone.

a balanced stay
super clean cleanliness splash pool rude staff hard bed
the entertainment was amazing for everyone. there was always something to do for the kids and they loved the splash pool. i liked how the place was super clean clean and there were always cleaners around cleaning all day. it was tender to see.
the bed, it feels like sleeping on a pile of bricks. i still have a bad back now from it. the staff in the restaurant were rude and we got told to move tables because the two of us were sat on a four seated table even though the place was empty.

mixed feelings about this stay
bland food sunbed reservation
i felt let down by a few things . the food was often bland. i found the same limited options repeated daily. also, getting a sunbed by the pool was a real challenge as people reserved them with towels early in the morning. the hotel didn't seem to enforce any rules about this towel reservation system.

underwhelming stay, issues needing attention
poor food selection uncomfortable mattress
the location near the beach it proved acceptable for quick access. it was a short walk.
the food selection lacked variety, and the quality was not high. during breakfast there were no vegetables and the desserts looked unappealing. also, the mattresses in the room felt very uncomfortable which impacted sleep quality.

amazing stay!
friendly staff eco friendly cup
The location was great. It was a quick walk to both the beach and various shops. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the eco-friendly cup system, it was a great touch. the entertainment team was energetic and fun, especially hugo!!!
the room was smaller than expected, and there was limited storage space, difficult when traveling with luggage. it would be great if the rooms had a bit more space to comfortably store personal belongings.
